Next week we could tell to authors of accepted papers if the proceeding can be published with this number of papers. This decision depends on the instruction of IEEE publications. In affirmative case, we propose to authors of accepted papers send the final version and payment procedure to include you work in this proceeding. Another alternative that we are proposing is that the accepted papers should be presented and published in special session on informatics security at the International Conference on Electronics Communications and Computers CONIELECOMP 2011 (www.conielecomp.org) to be held next February 2011 in the facilities of the Universidad de las Americas Puebla at Cholula Puebla. This proceeding has ISBN number too and is included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. We apologize for this conference cancellation and we want to thanks you for effort your comprehension.
